In December 1999 she relocated to Oxford, working for the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, gaining experience in the fields of GP out-patients, trauma, accident and emergency, hands and plastics and post orthopaedic surgery.
Nichola has a wealth of experience in the musculo-skeletal field treating both acute and chronic problems including back and neck pain and upper and lower limb conditions.
Clinically, Nichola is passionate about effective evidence based physiotherapy and believes in engaging you in all aspects of your treatment to enable you to work together to achieve your goals, tailoring her treatment options to you as an individual.
She has a keen interest in sporting injuries as well as longer term conditions such as arthritis and utilises a variety of treatment approaches to help you in the management of your symptoms. Nichola is enthusiastic about the benefits of Pilates based exercise, manual therapy, taping and soft tissue release work and has a post graduate qualification in Acupuncture.
Nichola is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP) and Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
